Das Thermometer von Motta ist beim Milchschäumen eine große Hilfe. Um einen cremigen Milchschaum zu erhalten sollte die Milch etwa 65 °C erreichen, darüber hinaus allerdings nicht deutlich heißer werden. Das aus Edelstahl gefertigte Thermometer ist mit einem justierbaren Clip versehen, welcher eine optimale Befestigung im Milchkännchen ermöglicht.
